Independent suppliers

Suppliers operate their own businesses and remain responsible for their services, licences, safety, staffing and customer terms. You contract directly with the chosen supplier unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Third-party names and trade marks belong to their owners and are used for identification. Photographs may show a representative setting, room or event style. Ask for current photographs and written details of the actual space and services before confirming.

Availability, capacity, facilities, menus, inclusions, taxes and prices can change. We help request current information. Read the supplier's written quotation, payment schedule, cancellation terms and refund rules before you commit.
